      SHIPPING (Where's My Order?)

      Purchased items will be shipped from Los Angeles within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 1 week (business days) from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).

      If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please e-mail support@dreamsruleeverythingaroundme.com and provide your order number.

      International Orders

      For International orders, standard delivery time is 3-6 weeks from the date your order has shipped, but it may take longer. USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with your order. D.R.E.A.M. is also not responsible for any international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes.       You may return any unworn item for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item with a 10% restocking fee. D.R.E.A.M. is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. For the Holidays we are extending our exchange policy to 30 days after Dec 25. You will have up to Jan 25 to exchange your item. 

      To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and to let us know which item you'd like to exchange it for. 

      For Jewelry, we do not offer returns or exchanges because all orders are custom made. Please make sure to choose the correct size and if you need a half size please write it in your order notes. 

      How Do I get a Refund?

      Considering we are a one-person operation here we do not accept refunds but do take exchanges. Items must be in the new condition and we will gladly switch the size or style and make any necessary adjustments if the price is higher. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

      Sale Items

      Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes Clearance items. If you order an item on Clearance and it is out of stock we will replace it with an item that is in stock (different color or style altogether). 

      Exchanges

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.                                   Why Does the Shirt Color Look Different?

                                  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

                                  What is Your Return Policy?

                                  You may return any unworn item for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item with a 10% restocking fee. D.R.E.A.M. is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

                                  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. For the Holidays we are extending our exchange policy to 30 days after Dec 25. You will have up to Jan 25 to exchange your item. 

                                  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

                                  To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and to let us know which item you'd like to exchange it for. 

                                  For Jewelry, we do not offer returns or exchanges because all orders are custom made. Please make sure to choose the correct size and if you need a half size please write it in your order notes. 

                                  How Do I get a Refund?

                                  Considering we are a one-person operation here we do not accept refunds but do take exchanges. Items must be in the new condition and we will gladly switch the size or style and make any necessary adjustments if the price is higher. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

                                  Sale Items

                                  Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes Clearance items. If you order an item on Clearance and it is out of stock we will replace it with an item that is in stock (different color or style altogether). 

                                  Exchanges 

                                  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dreamsruleeverythingaroundme.com and send your item to 11438 Santini Lane Porter Ranch California US 91326.

                                  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you used a free shipping code, you will be charged the full cost of the shipping fee in your return.
                                  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
                                  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

                                  Promotions

                                  Promotions may never be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions that deal with a free gift over a certain amount of money does not include shipping, taxes, or any other fees outside of purchase price. If you were to get a prize with promotion your order can only be returned if the prize is returned with it.

                                  If you placed an order and did not use a discount code you will not be able to use one after. We do not price match deals but if you contact us via social media or e-mail at info@dreamsruleeverythingaroundme.com we will do our best to provide you a discount on your purchase if applicable.

                                  SHIPPING (Where's My Order?)

                                  Purchased items will be shipped from Los Angeles within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 1 week (business days) from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).

                                  If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please e-mail support@dreamsruleeverythingaroundme.com and provide your order number.

                                  International Orders

                                  For International orders, standard delivery time is 3-6 weeks from the date your order has shipped, but it may take longer. USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with your order. D.R.E.A.M. is also not responsible for any international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.                                   What Happens After My Item Ships? (USPS)

                                  We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact USPS and refer to your tracking number. D.R.E.A.M.
