SHIPPING (Where's My Order?)

Purchased items will be shipped from Los Angeles within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 1 week (business days) from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).

If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please e-mail support@dreamsruleeverythingaroundme.com and provide your order number. If you can't get to us there please try on Instagram or Twitter as well. It is the quickest way to reach us as of now. 

International Orders

For International orders, standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date your order has shipped, but it may take longer. USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with your order. D.R.E.A.M. is also not responsible for any international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes.               SHIPPING (Where's My Order?)

              Purchased items will be shipped from Los Angeles within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 1 week (business days) from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).

              If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please e-mail support@dreamsruleeverythingaroundme.com and provide your order number. If you can't get to us there please try on Instagram or Twitter as well. It is the quickest way to reach us as of now. 

              International Orders

              For International orders, standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date your order has shipped, but it may take longer. USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. 

              D.R.E.A.M. Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with your order. D.R.E.A.M. is also not responsible for any international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.               What Happens After My Item Ships? (USPS)

              We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact USPS and refer to your tracking number. D.R.E.A.M. Clothing is not responsible for re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your USPS package is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with USPS for missing mail using this link and they will take care of you.

              However, we now offer Route at checkout which can help you with package insurance and tracking to offer you a much better experience! 

              If your package was undeliverable and returned to sender, please contact us so that we can re-ship it to you. If there was an issue with your address, we may need you to provide an alternate address.  

              Can I Cancel My Order?

              For most cases, we do not accept cancellations on orders after they are placed, but if you need to change your size or address, please email us and we will update the information if the order has not shipped. Email: support@dreamsruleeverythingaroundme.com with your order number.

              What is Your Return Policy?

              You may return any item for a refund with a 10% restocking fee within 30 days. If you are just returning you would be responsible for shipping as well. For exchanges check below. 

              Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. For the Holidays we are extending our exchange policy to 30 days after Dec 25. You will have up to Jan 25 to exchange your item. 

              To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in good condition. We will cover your return cost but you will have to just pay for us shipping the new size to you. This does not include international shipping, you would be responsible but we would find a way to help you out as much as we can. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and to let us know which item you'd like to exchange it for. 

              Sale Items

              Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes Clearance items. If you order an item on Clearance and it is out of stock we will replace it with an item that is in stock (different color or style altogether). 

              Promotions

              Promotions may never be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions that deal with a free gift over a certain amount of money does not include shipping, taxes, or any other fees outside of purchase price. If you were to get a prize with promotion your order can only be returned if the prize is returned with it. 

              PAYMENTS

              If you placed an order and did not use a discount code you will not be able to use one after.
